Red, White & Blue Patriotic Flowers

July fourth is approaching, and we are looking forward to all the celebrations, barbecues, parades, and fireworks! This is one of our favorite holidays of summer – and if you are hosting the party, or if you need an impressive hostess gift to bring along with you, look no further than Curran’s Flowers. Our patriotic flowers and floral designs have reimagined the traditional red, white, and blue, resulting in our own style that will make any gathering more beautiful. From Danvers to Boston, we are ready to celebrate!

Which Day Again? The date on which the Second Continental Congress voted in Philadelphia to declare independence from Britain was actually July 2. John Adams, who wrote about the event, would likely be a bit confused as to our revelry on July 4th. “The Second Day of July 1776, will be the most memorable Epocha in the History of America,” Adams wrote on July 3. He continued that “pomp and parade, shows, games, sports, bells, bonfires, and illuminations” should be part of that day’s celebrations “from this time forward forever more.”

Our Patriotic Cube Vase (above) combines red roses, white hydrangea and blue iris for a truly elegant 4th of July presentation. Perfect for the backyard barbecue, its compact design will fit onto any buffet or dessert table, and also makes a wonderful centerpiece.

Grand Ole Flag will add a carefree, patriotic vibe to any gathering. Roses, hydrangea, and delphinium are designed in a loose arrangement that will make a great gift for your hostess, or a veteran you wish to thank. patriotic flowers

The Spirit of America, showcased below, is beautifully designed – patriotic flowers never looked so good! Lavish red roses, fluffy white hydrangea, and classy blue iris are artfully arranged and will easily set the ambiance for the day.
