When you meet with us face to face to discuss the right florals for the memorial service, our consultation room offers a design guide dedicated to sympathy flowers made in the past by our design professionals. These designs are also available in an online guide. We want to make it as easy as possible for family members across the miles to be involved in the selection process, by sharing images and thoughts together, as well as ordering flowers that are in the same theme as others. This allows families to pay special tribute by truly honoring those memorable things about the deceased that they loved.

However, the guide is just that – a guide. Our design team can create whatever design the family wishes and are not limited to the selections pictured. For instance, when choosing a type of flower, it is not required to stay within the “traditional” varieties. Families frequently remark that their loved one adored yellow roses, or spent countless hours tending to their hydrangeas in the garden. “We take these cues and help customize our designs to celebrate the life of the dearly departed in a poignant way,” Paul shares.

We are also happy to design very personal pieces that represent a loved one’s passion in life or those things to which they were dedicated. “We’ve created designs using golf clubs, bowling pins, and sports pennants. We have designed logos from service organizations, motorcycles, and even sculpted a guitar out of flowers,” says Paul.
